The Bieber Fever was infectious in Oslo, Norway on Wednesday where reportedly 49 female fans were injured during Justin Bieber‘s concert,TMZ is reporting.
Fans mobbed the streets to see the 18-year-old heartthrob perform, calling for the city to enforce a “state of emergency.”
